Ensure compliance with the assigned budget in terms of GP/Volume.
Keep the Sales Support team aligned with the corporate strategy.
Lead, organize, and control the activities and fulfillment of the Sales Support functions.
Support the sales force in generating competitive and agile economic proposals for key FF and PL clients, follow up on them, and identify new opportunities with existing and new clients.

Issue quotes as quickly as possible in accordance with the negotiation terms.
Follow up on the quotes sent, closing the offer through internal tools (quote control sheet). Provide instructions to the operations department for the shipments won. Update client indicators at the quotation level monthly. Manage quotes with different offices and/or agents for regular and general cargo, using tools provided by the Procurement area. Weekly follow-up of assigned Tier clients. Develop new opportunities for Tier clients. Weekly meeting with the BDM to follow up on accounts. Acquire new clients and close deals for the company. Weekly meeting with the NSM and the SS team for follow-up and progress. Monthly presentation of management indicators, in terms of Hit rate. Keep internal SLAs updated. Comply with corporate guidelines in the development of tenders, RFQ, RFI, etc., within the required timeframes, both for local and global tenders, and in accordance with corporate guidelines to determine if they are handled locally or regionally. Include a hyperlink to determine what applies in each case. Continuous follow-up and support to the sales team for feedback on each requirement. Work together with the Customs and Contract Logistics areas to develop comprehensive proposals for clients. Develop tools to measure effective closures, Power BI, follow-ups, etc. Perform any other functions that the immediate supervisor considers pertinent and inherent to the position.

Perfil del puesto

Professional in the areas of foreign trade, international business, and/or related fields with knowledge in customer service.
Basic English, written and spoken. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the commercial area, commercial support, customer service. Knowledge of international transport documents and foreign trade organizations. Basic knowledge of air, sea, and land freight transport, and customs. Intermediate knowledge of computer tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of CW and other systems.
