Chargé d'implémentation SAP Finance Junior H/F

Description de la mission

The challenges of the job position are those of supporting the implementation of a new shared solution, standard as much as possible, in an international context meaning :
- Supporting internal business and IT teams in defining a standard core model and implementing (development, integration, testing, hypercare) it in line with roadmap and budget: challenging and then validating the technical and functional solutions proposed by the integrator to produce a maintainable and deployable solution.
- Preparing the transition of the solution to run mode and contributing to the organization of correction and enhancement maintenance.

The Junior SAP Finance Implementation Manager will have three main tasks:
- Contribute to the project to implement the Group ERP, by gaining experience of the solution.
- Managing changes and patches, for which he/she will be responsible from start to finish: drafting specifications based on the expression of need, drafting functional specifications for developers, customizing and testing, etc.
- Contribute to major projects and upgrades managed by other teams and impacting SAP.

The project phase will provide an opportunity to gain expertise in the SAP Finance solution during the Build, Test and Start-up phases.

The SAP Finance Junior Implementation Manager will work closely with the SAP Senior consultant and also ERP Program team and the D&T IT Teams. He / She will report to the Finance ERP Program Director.

Main responsibilities for the position
• Gather customer requirements and draw up functional specifications.
• Customize in compliance with standards and best practices.
• Prepare and Run integration and non-regression tests.
• Write the operating procedures.
• Contribute to IT documentation
• Check the quality of the solution.
• Provide expert support to pilot users.
• Participate in cross-functional projects.
• Manage and report on own activity.

Tomorrow, the position could either contribute to:
• roll-out the solution or
• take in charge the maintenance of pilot entities using the SAP solution and prepare to take in charge the entities that are in the process of being deployed.

Profil du candidat

• Training: 3 to 5 years' higher education
• General knowledge of SAP
• 0 to 2 years' experience in a similar position setting up SAP FI or, failing that, experience as an ERP solution key-user with SAP certification training.
• Ability to diagnose incidents
• Languages: Professional written and spoken English,

The internal consultant will need to be able to work in a collaborative environment within the Finance team and the IT teams.

He/she will be able to report appropriately to his/her management and users, and will demonstrate an ability to challenge requests while at the same time being able to make proposals.

The size of the team means that you will need to be versatile and able to work independently to develop your skills in new tools.
