Mission

Objective:
The Logistics Intern with Project Management Profile will support the OGAM team in planning, implementing, and following up on multiple simultaneous projects. The candidate will work closely with the customer success and OGAM team leader to coordinate various tasks with stakeholders across multiple levels. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in logistics and project management and will be responsible for managing projects and tasks from start to finish.

Competencies:

Project Management Skills: The candidate should be able to create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and communicate project updates to team members. The candidate should be familiar with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and Gantt charts.

Analytical Skills: The candidate should be able to analyze data and identify trends and patterns. The candidate should be able to use this data to make informed decisions and recommendations for process improvement.

Communication Skills: The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. English is a required language competency for this role. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Organizational Skills: The candidate should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to Detail: The candidate should have a strong attention to detail and be able to ensure that all processes and procedures are followed correctly.

Problem-Solving Skills: The candidate should be able to identify and solve problems in a timely and effective manner. The candidate should be able to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions.

Technical Skills: The candidate should have a good understanding of software (MS office suite, Trello etc) and tools, The candidate should be able to learn new software and tools quickly.

Applicant's profile

Fluent French and English skills
Excellent with Excel and preferred some data visualization tools such as POWERBI
Excellent presentation skills (Powerpoint or other software suite)
