The Healthcare sector is constantly evolving and facing new challenges with the consequences of COVID crisis, and players need strong logistics partners to improve their supply chain and patient experience. Join us to be at the heart of the GEODIS Healthcare strategy.
Within the Business Development and Marketing department, you will be part of the Healthcare team with one objective: to accelerate the growth. In close collaboration with the Healthcare Vertical Market Vice-President, you will be a key player for our project: to scale-up and improve our global offering.

Your Mission – From the market analysis to the roadmap preparation
- Immersion in the Healthcare sector to understand the current and future trends on the market, the consequences both for our customers and our business (intensive market research analysis, data collection and consolidation of information) and provide prospective elements
- Help to perform a deep analysis of pharmaceutical companies and their needs
- Work on a Benchmark of our competitors through a complete review of their positioning on the market
- Realize a geographical mapping of our existing product & services in our different Regions and Lines of Business (Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics, Distribution & Express, Road Transport and Supply Chain Organisation)
- Integrate the compliance and good distribution practices (GDP) dimensions into our offering
- Analyse the customer journey and bring concrete improvement ideas
- Participate in the elaboration of the strategic recommendations on our Healthcare value proposition
- Prepare workshops and presentations selected audiences such as Comex members, Global and Key Accounts leaders, Regional Sales leaders…

Profil du candidat

Apprenticeships are a key component of our talent development strategy. We are looking for a team partner with a strong interest both for the Healthcare and Supply Chain activities, quickly adaptable to new environments and teams.
- Last year of a Top Business School
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Team player and solutions oriented
- Structured, analytical and rigorous
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Enjoy working with a large number of interlocutors and teams with a high international exposure
- A first experience as intern / apprentice in strategy consulting and/or strategic marketing would be a plus
- Fluent English
