Operational activities - Handling

Job description

1.Handle major clients in & out operation, inventory control, annual stock-take.
2.Monitor and measure KPIs of 3PL's operation performance to ensure the working quality as expected.
3.Supervise 3pl warehouse operation, including in/outbound and inventory control.
4.Solve problems and issues happened during daily operation.
5.Perform WMS system
6.Build and maintain strong business relationships with supply chain partners, vendors, sub-contractors
7.Reconcile monthly payment request from 3PL partner for accurate verification, providing monthly billing to clients.
8.Support strategic initiatives and project implementations for the new business.
9.Work with Sales team on new RFQ
10.Search for qualified 3PL warehouses for cooperation.
11.Set up new operation process to support new business opportunities.
12.Annual Budget planning

Applicant's profile

Two-year degree or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the field of Warehousing, Supply Chain or Logistics
3-5 years of related experience
Good communication skills
Good problem-solving ability
Good at project and time management
