Job description

Key Accountabilities (including activities)
Function as first point of contact for internal and external customers/ suppliers and execute all reception desk activities to ensure the approachability of the office in a timely and professional manner.
• Welcome and properly direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates, customers, etc.
• Complete the staff attendance register daily
• Maintain and ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in documents and security procedures
• Receive, filter and properly direct incoming phone calls, emails and faxes
• Answer queries of the visitor and supply required information to them
• Provide support to office administration eg. Stationery and office supply orders, service quotes, sourcing information etc.
• Provide support to OHS eg. Maintain H&S log book, obtain quotes, etc.

Administration - Operations
Receive documents and information, process and register file, in line with GEODIS and industry policies and procedures, in order to ensure proper administration of files and enable a clear overview of operational activities.
• Gather information and documentation from customers and set-up files in the operational system
• Ensure the KPI is met for CMP Compliance

SECONDARY SCHOOL VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE

Years of experience in similar position
