Job description

To assist the Transactional Finance Manager to manage the company's financial obligations to its vendors and suppliers, ensuring that all invoices are accurately recorded, processed, and paid to agreed terms



• Assist the Transactional Finance Manager in the day to day running of the AP function
• Management of AP Inbox
• Management of AP Invoice Register - PO System
• Liaising with Supplier and Operations – managing and solving queries.
• Periodic (as agreed) creditor statement reconciliations
• Assist in producing periodic/weekly payment runs alongside manual requests
• Assist in the liaison with external auditors
• Preparation of regular KPI reports
• Assisting in developing and implementing efficiencies to team processes
• Ensuring the accuracy of new and existing supplier details into SAP systems
• Post vendor invoices in SAP
• Liaison with Transactional Finance Manager and Financial Controller and provide support where necessary
• Assist with month end close
• Preparation of ad hoc reports

Applicant's profile

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong basic accounting knowledge
• SAP experience – Essential
• Time management skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications i.e. Excel / Word etc
• Industry knowledge desirable but not essential
