- Coordinate the correct execution of the work developed by the team of Coordinators and Leaders in charge of the operative processes inside the warehouse.
- To be the communication bridge between the Coordinators/Supervisors and the OKAM of the account.
- Ensure through the team in charge the execution of the programmed activities complying with the parameters of quality, quality and timeliness.
- Ensure and review the key performance indicators (KPI), and lead actions to control and improve them.
- Ensure the order and cleanliness of the operations area.
- Ensure safe execution of activities by ensuring training, provision of PPE and compliance with HSEQ standards.
- Lead action plans on inventory variations.
- Permanently report any problem, inconvenience or irregularity that may arise.
- Attend internal and external customers correctly and in a timely manner.
- Execute the instructions of your direct boss in basic activities.
- Other functions that the immediate boss considers pertinent and inherent to the position.

Perfil del puesto

Technologist or professional in Logistics or related field.
- Knowledge and experience of at least 5 years in logistics in a leadership role.
- Excellent external and internal customer service.
- Knowledge in office automation tools.
- Knowledge in inventory control.
- Able to effectively plan your work time.
- Ability to lead a group of Coordinators and Supervisors
